Sidorov, Vladimir

Vladimir Vasilyevich Sidorov was an officer of the Soviet Navy. He reached the rank of admiral, and served as commander of the Kamchatka Flotilla between 1971 and 1972, the Baltic Fleet between 1978 and 1981, and the Pacific Fleet from 1981 until 1986.
